HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER AT COASTTOCOASTLASER.COM
  
Step 1: Search our store and select the products you'd like to purchase and place them into you cart.
  
Step 2: Register on our website and you'll receive a username and password via your email.
  
Step 3: After activating your account, click the "CHECKOUT" button while viewing your cart.
  
Step 4: Varify shipping and billing address. If correct click "NEXT."
  
Step 5: Under shipping select "UPS You will be contacted on shipping cost" and click "NEXT.' NOTE: You will be contacted after order has been made via phone. You will be informed on your shipping options and will select it then.
  
Step 6: Review order to make sure everything is correct. If so, click on "CONFIRM ORDER." An email of your order will be email to you instantly. NOTE: No money has exchanged between you or us by this step.
  
Step 7: You'll be contacted by one of our professional sales reps. He/she will go over order you have placed. They will give you options on your shipping as well as your engraving option. At the end you'll be given a total and be asked the payment method you desire. We take credit cards, checks, money orders and cash. Funds will need to be clear before we ship out your order.

 

  

 

 

Artwork Requirements   

 

Production delays can occur when artwork provided is in the wrong format or of poor quality.Please follow these guidelines to insure good quality reproduction of your artwork.  

 

Artwork for engraving custom logos should be sent in PC format. (No Macintosh files please.)   

 

The preferred formats are: .EPS or .TIF but we will accept .JPG .GIF .BMP  or AI 10 or below, (convert to outline)  

 

We can also accept Corel Draw (.cdr) files up to version12.(converted to curves)   

 

We can accept artwork on 3.5" floppy, CD, or email.   

 

We also accept hard copy black & white artwork that can be scanned.   

 

Artwork should be black and white line art, no half tones.   

 

Please avoid very tiny artwork that must be enlarged. (the larger the image, the better it will look)   

 

All artwork should be 300 DPI or greater.   

 

We do not accept faxed artwork.   

 

Color logos are accepted only for those awards that indicate so in the product details.   

 

If poor quality artwork is provided and needs to be cleaned up there will be an art charge of $50.(one time charge)   

 

We will notify you by email if artwork needs to be cleaned.   

 

Production time begins upon completion of artwork and approval of proof.   

 

Please allow additional time if you do not provide good quality artwork!
